It is with great sadness that we tell you we lost our publisher for Hometown News last Monday, March 18.
Kirk B. Dougal, group publisher for Hometown News Treasure Coast, Brevard and Volusia, died earlier this week in Fort Wayne, Indiana, after a short battle with cancer. He was 57.
He is survived by his wife Anessia, and his four children, Breann, Morgan, Kegan and Lauren, all of Van Wert, Ohio.
He also leaves behind his staffs of Hometown News Treasure Coast, Brevard and Volusia and HTN Digital Solutions.
