“The U-T Successful Aging Expo allows us to provide an important demographic of readers, adults age 40 and above, with critical information that could significantly impact their well being, ” said Joe Brenneman, vice president and chief revenue officer for the new U-T San Diego. “From travel, living trusts, and embracing technology, to self-defense, the science of aging, and major savings on utilities and groceries, attendees will walk away with enough information to enhance every facet of their lives.”
New this year is the “Home & Garden Idea Center” presented by SDG&E, which will offer attendees information and inspiration on emerging home and garden trends.
“Right from our debut event in 2010, the U-T Successful Aging Expo has been incredibly popular. Last year we doubled our event space, and this year we doubled the duration,” said Brenneman of the now two-day event. “Given that building a stronger community is at the core of the new U-T San Diego, we’re thrilled that San Diegans have so enthusiastically embraced the life-enhancing focus of the Expo.”
