A plastic bag packed with white powder falsely labeled “weaponized Anthrax” was delivered to the Manhattan home of a New York Times editor Wednesday evening, police sources said.
Assistant Managing Editor Susan Chira’s husband received the envelope — which bore a skull and bones insignia and a swastika sticker — and opened it about 9:20 p.m., sources said.
