WHITE PLAINS — A suspicious package delivered to The
Journal News editor’s home Thursday turned out to contain non-toxic
fecal matter, police said today.
Public
Safety Commissioner David Chong would not say whether the white shipping
envelope delivered to the home of CynDee Royle, The Journal News editor
and vice president/news, contained a message or threat.
