I am not a Patch hater. It’s a good thing that Patch launched. It’s a good thing it still exists.
There are things the company has done that are worth emulating (they paid well and they gave us the equipment we needed to do our jobs, for one. Orientation was like Christmas — boxes kept arriving with a new macbook, iPhone, camera, etc.).
