PARIS — Patrick Chappatte, editorial cartoonist for the International Herald Tribune, was set to be presented with an award Wednesday for his work from the Overseas Press Club of America.
Mr. Chappatte, whose drawings appear twice weekly in the Views section of the paper and on The New York Times Global Opinion Web site, won the award for “best cartoons on international affairs.”
