The Company reported total revenue of $27.0 million compared to $31.9 million in the first quarter of 2011.


The Company generated positive adjusted EBITDA of $0.5 million for the quarter, a reduction of $0.3 million from the prior year but an increase of $1.4 million on a sequential quarter basis.
