Telegraph Media Group (TMG), publisher of The Daily Telegraph, The Sunday Telegraph, The Telegraph and The Telegraph weekly world edition, has acquired a majority equity interest in VOS Media. Damian Norman, MD of VOS Media, retains a minority equity stake in the organiser.
