The Express-Times will eliminate its production department and print the daily newspaper off-site, a move that will result in 12 full-time and 26 part-time job losses.

The paper will continue to be staffed and headquartered at 30 N. Fourth St. in Easton. It will be printed on full-color presses in Staten Island and trucked to Easton from the Staten Island Advance, which like The Express-Times is owned by Advance Publications Inc.
