In a story that’s bound to feed rumors flying around the news room of The Tampa Tribune, Richmond, Va.-based Media General Inc., who owns the newspaper, has requested a division of its properties along the Hillsborough River.

 According to a Tampa Bay Business Journal report published Wednesday, the company is separating the three-story office building and printing plant opened in 1975, plus nearby four-story parking garage, both near Brorein Street, from the five-story building opened in 1999 closer to Kennedy Boulevard.
