A Manhattan judge ruled on Tuesday, Sept. 11, that Twitter had until Friday, Sept. 14, to hand over tweets posted during
the Occupy Wall Street protests last October or face fines and contempt of court, reported Bloomberg.
On July 2, New York City Criminal Court Judge Matthew Sciarrino Jr. ruled that T
witter must turn over to prosecutors three months’ worth of tweets posted by Occupy Wall Street protestor Malcolm Harris.
