Press+, which powers the digital subscription offerings for a large majority of the world’s publishers with a paid model online, presented to its affiliate publishers the results of a study of 173 publications showing that subscription sales through mobile devices such as smart phones have grown 250% in the last five months. Sales though mobile devices now account for nearly 15% of new digital subscriptions, up from less about 5% in October.

Press+ shared detailed data and case studies—part of a regular service offering to its over 500 affiliates—to help publishers determine the optimal mobile metering settings and the impact of various meter levels on the sales funnel.
