WINCHESTER — Winchester Star reporter Sarah L. Greenhalgh has been confirmed as the victim discovered in a house fire and authorities are investigating her death as a homicide, according to a media release today from the Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office.

The cause and manner of death are pending final autopsy results.
