Novelist Bill Granger, who had been a
dynamic, blunt-spoken feature writer and columnist at the Chicago
Sun-Times, the Daily Herald and the Chicago Tribune, died Sunday at the
Manteno Veterans’ Home, where he had lived since 2002.
