Larry LaPorta has joined the BPA Worldwide Board of Directors. He currently serves as general manager with Beiersdorf Canada Inc.
“I am excited to become part of the BPA team and look forward to working with the other board members,” LaPorta said. “BPA continues to serve as an industry leader and it is my hope that my experience and insights will only enhance the organization’s position.”
LaPorta joined Beiersdorf in 2006 as U.S. marketing director for the Futuro brand. He has extensive experience in marketing, market research and strategic planning. Prior to joining Beiersdorf, LaPorta worked at such companies as McCann Erickson, Colgate Palmolive, Kraft Foods and Revlon in various roles of increasing responsibility.
