Wendy Warren has left her position as editor and vice president of Philly.com, the website home for the Philadelphia Inquirer and the Philadelphia Daily News. She has joined NBCWashington.com as editorial manager of digital, where she will oversee social media and digital platforms. Before joining Philly.com, she worked as the business editor for The Morning Call in Allentown, Pa.
