Caleb Slinkard has been named editor and online editor at the Herald-Banner in Greenville, Texas. Most recently, he worked as weekly editor at the paper. He has also served as the editor of The Commerce (Texas) Journal since 2011. Slinkard replaces Derek Price, who recently resigned to run his own media company.
