New York-- Digital communications agency, the Horn Group, Inc., has promoted Ben Billingsley to partner. Reporting to agency founder and CEO Sabrina Horn, he is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the firm's New York office. Billingsley joined the agency in 2006 as vice president and has since established the agency's leadership in the digital media sector.

In his time at Horn Group, Billingsley launched numerous emerging technology companies and established them as leaders in online advertising, social marketing and digital publishing. He specializes in working with venture-backed companies through their acquisitions and mergers.

More recently, Billingsley has won and managed integrated campaigns for major media brands such as Gannett, NBC and The New York Times. He has also been a key contributor to the firm's new approach towards communications, which combines traditional PR with social media and interactive services into a unified offering.

Before joining Horn Group, Billingsley was the manager of client service at CooperKatz. He also led social media initiatives for multiple Fortune 500 companies, including global retail and pharmaceutical brands. Prior to CooperKatz, he was the director of accounts and business development at Trylon SMR, where he had management responsibility for multiple technology and media accounts.
