Jenkintown, Penn.--Managing Editor Inc. has appointed Craig Roth as senior vice president of sales. Roth, a publishing veteran from the healthcare and trade publication markets, will develop strategies and identify new areas of opportunity for MEI. He’ll also focus on helping clients leverage technology to meet new challenges in digital publishing.

Roth has led publishing and sales teams for numerous health, b-to-b and other specialty titles in a wide variety of media, including technology news and analysis. Prior to joining MEI, he worked at Hearst Business Media, CMP-United Business Media, Vendome Group, Advanstar and Penton.
