Scottsboro, Ala.--The Daily Sentinel publisher Brad Shurett has announced changes in the managerial staff at the newspaper.

Effective immediately DeWayne Patterson will become managing editor. Ken Bonner, who has served in the role since 2006, will move into the position of marketing director.
