Wilkes-Barre, Penn. -- The Times Leader has named Michael Prazma as vice president of circulation. He replaces Dick DeHaven, who retired in January. Prazma’s newspaper career started when he took a job as a district manager at his local daily newspaper. Since then, he has moved up and around in the newspaper circulation business, including executive positions at Gannett and Knight Ridder.
