$25,000 Grant Will Help Fund Regional Workshops

A $25,000 grant from the Ethics and Excellence in Journalism Foundation will help the American Copy Editors Society put on six intensive one-day workshops on editing in 2012.

The regional workshops are planned for June 8 in St. Petersburg, Fla.; Aug. 8 in Chicago; Oct. 18 in St. Louis; Oct. 25 in Albuquerque, N.M.; and early fall in Oklahoma City and Washington, D.C.
