'Baton Rouge Advocate' Plans Daily N.O. Paper

BATON ROUGE, La. - The publishers of the Baton Rouge Daily Advocate will begin delivering a daily newspaper in New Orleans on Oct. 1, according to David Manship, the paper's publisher.
