The 2013 NTMC Conference, Presenting CIPS Marketing Group —
an annual summit of major U.S. newspapers, bringing together advertising executives, national advertisers and agencies, and major vendors to develop solutions for today’s newspaper business climate — will be held March 13-15 at the Scottsdale Resort and Conference Center in Scottsdale, AZ.
Scheduled to present, representing key newspaper advertisers and agencies: Dan Briley with Family Dollar, Daryl Newton with Innovate Retail, John Cayne with Global Media, Marlene Squires-Swanson with Ashley Furniture, Merle Davidson with American Communications Group (ACG), Cathy Petritz with Newspaper Services of America (NSA), and Marsha Lawrence with Novus Media.
Business segments on the agenda include: Jim Hart, Integrated Advertising Solutions, will reveal how newspaper TMC programs compare in over 200 markets, and with Valassis; and Paul Boyle, Newspaper Association of America, will discuss the status of the Negotiated Service Agreement the Postal Service granted Valassis. One of several other segments will consider where newspaper Opt-In programs are heading.
