Bainbridge Island Review Names New Editor

Brian Kelly has joined the Bainbridge Island (Wash.) Review as editor, replacing Dennis Anstine. Kelly most recently served as editor of the South Whidbey Record, and before that, he was a reporter at the Daily Herald in Everett, Wash., and with The Seattle Times.
