Boston Herald VP of Advertising Scott Whalen Dies at 45

Scott Whalen, the Boston Herald’s vice president of advertising — known equally for his personal touch with clients and devotion to his family — died early May 4 after a car accident just hours after returning home from touring his alma mater with his college-bound daughter.
