Former Herald News Editor Paul Bernier Dies

Fall River, Mass. -- Paul Bernier — who spent 35 years at The Herald News as reporter, wire editor and, for 13 years, editor — has died.

Bernier was a major piece of The Herald News’ history, with his career at the paper lasting from 1953 until he retired in 1988.
