(Crain's) — The Chicago Tribune has reduced the number of TribLocal weekly inserts it's publishing in the wake of suspending the contractor, Journatic LLC, that had been producing the suburban sections, according to people who receive the paper.

The city's largest newspaper had 22 separate TribLocal print editions for the suburbs in the past, but recently cut that number by about half, at least temporarily, according to sources familiar with the move.
