Journalism College Head Charged with Fraud and Illegal Trading

Steve Ward, the man who ran the London-based NoSWeat journalism college, appeared at Highbury magistrates court yesterday on a fraud charge and four counts of false trading.
The charges relate to his college's relationship with the National Council for the Training of Journalists (NCTJ), which withdrew its accreditation last year.
