ROCHESTER, N.Y., Sept 12—Digital printing and prepress solutions from Kodak were recognized at Graph Expo 2011 with one Must See ‘em, one Encore Must See ‘em, and one Encore Worth-a-Look award. Must See ‘em honors are awarded to those products and services showcased at Graph Expo that are deemed as innovative and compelling technology for the printing industry.
An industry expert committee selects products, hardware, software, and services for Must See ‘em awards if the innovations are seen to impact print professionals in all areas. Those products or services honored must be considered as compelling to the majority of Graph Expo attendees. Encore Must See ‘em awards are given to those products which received Must See ‘Em awards during Graph Expo 2010 and have since improved performance and demonstrated continued acceptance in the marketplace. Encore Worth-a-Look awards are given to last year’s Must See ‘em winners judged as still worth checking out at the show.
Competing with more than 1,000 individual products and services, the KODAK PROSPER S20 Imprinting System with CMYK was one of only 28 products to earn Must See ‘Em honors this year. Encore Must See ‘em recognition was given to the KODAK PROSPER S10 Imprinting System with CMYK, and Encore Worth-a-Look recognition went to KODAK TRILLIAN SP Thermal Plates.
