Myanmar Court Jails Journalists for 10 years Over Chemical Weapons Claim

A court in Myanmar has sentenced five journalists to 10 years in prison with hard labour for publishing an article alleging that a military facility was producing chemical weapons.

The reporters for the Unity Weekly News were jailed by a court in central Magway region under the former junta-run country's official secrets act.
