GREENSBORO — The News & Record has been sold to the newspaper division of Berkshire Hathaway Inc., a Fortune 500 company based in Omaha.
BH Media Group will acquire the newspaper from Landmark Media Enterprises for an undisclosed sum. The sale is to close at midnight.
