Newspaper for British Expats Hopes to Make Mark in Canada

“I think it would be fun to run a newspaper,” said Charles Foster Kane, the protagonist in Orson Well’s Citizen Kane.

Now, Vancouverites Matthew Millar and Alexandria Mitchell are hoping to do just that with the launch of a national British newspaper in Canada that aims to tap into the country’s British expats and countless anglophiles.
