Milwaukee’s news sites aren’t known for innovation, but the major ones here have made a lot of news this year.
In January, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s
JSOnline.com leaped into the rising tide of newspaper sites adding paywalls. Now, visitors who want to read more than the 20-article per month limit must pay 99 cents a week for an all-inclusive digital subscription — unless they want to sign up for a print subscription instead, which includes full digital access and starts at $2.30 a week for Sunday only.
