A handful of Plain Dealer
reporters and their supporters gathered in front of the newspaper at noon on Tuesday carrying signs stating that the newspaper had lied to them.
Harlan Spector, chairman of the Plain Dealer's unit of the Newspaper Guild, the union that represents reporters, told Crain's Cleveland Business that the paper was reneging on an agreement about the number of jobs that would be retained by the newspaper company.
