Police: Alcohol a Factor in Fatal Wrong-Way Cash on Bishop Ford

A longtime Chicago Tribune employee was killed on his way to work early this morning when he was struck by a wrong way driver on the Bishop Ford Freeway, a crash that closed all inbound lanes for five hours.
State police had received several calls about a car headed south in the northbound lanes just before the 4:30 a.m. collision near 122nd Street, authorities said.
