Minnesota Newspaper Association's Top Honor

The Vance Trophy, the emblem of the Minnesota Newspaper Association’s top daily news organization as determined by its annual Better Newspaper Contest, will remain in the offices of the St. Cloud Times for another year.

The award was presented at a banquet Thursday night in Bloomington.
