New Air-Cooled TowerCure™ UV Curing System, easily retrofitted onto all makes of newspaper and semi-commercial presses – Baldwin is pleased to release its premier TowerCure UV system designed specifically for single-width and select double-width newspaper web presses. The TowerCure ultimately converts a coldset press into a high-performing commercial press. There are virtually no press speed limitations with the TowerCure. The system is a highly efficient, yet economical alternative to more expensive water-cooled UV systems on the market.
New PureFiltration system – Baldwin’s newly developed and patented filtration technology achieves the perfect cleaning of the dampening solution in commercial web, newspaper and semi-commercial printing. Several installed PureFiltration systems show excellent performance.

ImpactFusion-F NP automatic blanket cleaning system – Utilizes cloth to achieve unmatched levels of cleaning time and reductions in waste and consumables. Key features include controlled cloth advance, defined spray distribution and a precise cloth usage sensor. The unique ImpactFusion-F system gives the user the choice between using PREPAC™ pre-saturated cloth with an environmentally friendly, non-VOC cleaning agent, or a dry cloth with a cleaning agent.
ProTech2 NP, the latest generation in the ProTech line – Uses ground breaking brush cleaning technology to automatically clean blankets. Features include a movable flicker bar, spray nozzle technology and reversible brush direction. Customers using this new brush technology are benefiting from reduced washing time and agent usage, improved spray distribution and longer maintenance intervals compared with existing brush designs in the market.
TowerClean for newspaper, semi-commercial, and coldset web offset presses – An inexpensive, modular cleaning solution, TowerClean operates by applying a low-VOC washing agent to the paper web and then using the web to clean the blanket.
Jetstream, a revolutionary non-contact web cleaning system – Incorporates specially developed aerodynamic suction technology for removal of dust, fiber and debris from the web before it enters the first printing unit.
Combination of cleaning systems – Utilizing Jetstream with TowerClean has proven to be a low cost, effective solution currently in use at several newspaper operations. For a state-of-the-art system without compromise, Baldwin recommends a combination of Jetstream with ImpactFusion or ProTech2.
QuadCure™ water-cooled, proven UV system for high speed web curing – For applications where a very compact UV system is required and/or for high power double-width applications. Along with high UV efficiency, this technology offers heat recovery from the water cooling to be used for factory heating.
Fluid and Temperature systems – Baldwin’s latest systems mirror the trend of creating printed material while achieving sustainability of resources.
