Twitter's CEO admitted on Friday that that social media giant could be a little better at, well, communicating.
 
Speaking to a capacity crowd at the Online Journalism Association's annual conference in San Francisco, Dick Costolo said that recent changes to Twitter's API could have been better communicated to the developer community, but he added that the changes were geared at ultimately "accreting value" to the company, its users and the third party developers who have created "alternate Twitter experiences."
