Under martial law in effect since Dec. 7, Kilgallen has to carry these credentials: 1. Army pass; 2. Navy pass; 3. police pass; 4. personal identification card issued by the Honolulu Police Department; 5. Territory of Hawaii identification certificate. A sixth credential is necessary if you want to drive an automobile, he notes.
