NEW YORK The Rawlins (Wyo.) Daily Times has named Jesse Mullen its new editor, effective Monday.
Mullen most recently was a night editor at the Laramie (Wyo.) Boomerang, a position he had held since 2007.
A University of Wyoming graduate, Mullen began working as a freelance reporter in 1996. He started his professional career in 2003 as an advertising representative and sports reporter for The Saratoga (Wyo.) Sun. In 2005, he became the editor in chief of the Philipsburg (Mont.) Mail, and then moved on to become publisher of the Seaside Signal in Oregon.
