Are there any limitations to a virtual tradeshow?

Obviously, the major downside of an online event is the lack of face-to-face meeting opportunities. But, it is a cost-effective and time-saving way to bring together companies and other interested parties to one site. It enables companies to present their equipment/systems, learn about market needs, exchange virtual business cards and network with other industry professionals.

What do I need to do before I attend?

Attendance is free! The only thing that you have to do prior to attending is fill out our registration form. Upon successful registration, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirmation with detailed instructions for attending. You will also receive e-mail reminders. To enter the show, all you'll need to do is enter your e-mail address and password provided upon initial registration to access our programming.

What are the minimum requirements from my PC in order to participate in E&P’s Virtual Trade Show?

In order to participate in the Keynotes and Presentations (Webcasts), you need to have the following minimum systems requirements: To interact with the online show requires a Windows PC with Internet Explorer 6.0 minimum or Firefox 1.5. Mac with Firefox 1.5 is also supported. Access to the Internet using high speed access (Cable, DSL, Network) is highly recommended for the overall show and is required for all Education Sessions and Presentations. Pop-up blockers must also be disabled. On entering the show, a system check is run which will identify PC requirements that need to be addressed to interact with the online show

Can I participate in the event with a PC which is behind our corporate firewall?

Yes, you will be able to participate in the event by modifying a few parameters in the configuration of your Windows Media Player. Specifically you will need to enable the use of proxy for HTTP streaming in your Windows Media Player. If you are noticing any intermittent issues, we recommend you white list all HTTP traffic to "*.inxpo.com".
