Ex-carrier gets life for killing

A former newspaper carrier who shot and killed an executive at his old paper apologized to the victim’s family before being sentenced to life in prison, the AP reports.
Nathan Hanna, 40, was convicted of killing Anthony Gillespie at The Evening News of Sault Ste. Marie, Mich., in July 1998. Hanna’s lawyer said he was insane and believed Gillespie was the Antichrist.
