New Editors to Take Charge at JI
New editors will take charge of the Journal Inquirer on Monday as a consequence of the retirement of several veteran executives.
Retiring are Chris Powell, 67, who joined the newspaper in 1967 and has been managing editor since 1974, and assistant managing editors Ralph W. Williams Jr., 68, and Lee Giguere, 66, who have been with the newspaper since 1975 and 1976, respectively.
