Adicio has launched a new tool that helps match relevant candidates to job listings. MatchCast uses search criteria such as the job title, description and requirements to help narrow down the pool of job seekers from all types of resumes even those marked confidential or private.
Once a match is determined, the job seeker will receive an automated e-mail invitation to apply for the position.
MatchCast can be applied to online, print or “wrapped” job listings.
“We’ve found that employers and recruiters are willing to pay more for candidates who are most relevant and show an interest in a specific job opportunity, since it saves them valuable time and resources,” Deep Menon, Adicio’s vice president of products, said in a statement. “By automating the matching process, our clients can provide a better service to their advertisers and site visitors, giving them increased advertiser satisfaction and retention while providing them with a new revenue opportunity.”
