A news photographer for the South Bend (Ind.) Tribune and The Associated Press was charged with two felonies after taking photos of the family of a slain police officer, the AP reports. Joe Raymond was covering the sentencing hearing for the officer’s killer and took pictures of the family while officers shielded them. He was charged with two felony counts of battery to police officers.
