‘Atlanta Journal-Constitution’ Promotes Two Execs

New York – The Atlanta Journal Constitution has announced two promotions from its ValPak Atlanta Division: Ranald MacDonell and Graham Dorian.

Ranald MacDonell, formerly the general manager of ValPak Atlanta, will now be director of sales, targeted media for the AJC. In this newly created role, he will be providing sales leadership for the AJC?s targeted media products, such as MundoHispanico, Skirt! magazine, and ValPak Atalanta.

Before joining ValPak Atlanta as general manager in 2002, MacDonell held several positions with Advo Inc., including vice president of sales training and development, and regional vice president of sales and marketing. He has worked for more than twenty years in the direct marketing industry.

Graham Dorian, previously the controller of ValPak Atlanta, will replace MacDonell as general manager in the Atlanta division. Dorian joined ValPak Atlanta as operations manager in 2002. Previous to that, he worked in the circulation department of the AJC and served as general manager for Cox Publishing Solutions, a subsidiary of the AJC?s parent company Cox Enterprises, Inc.
