Herald-Whig Wins National Rack Card Contest

The Herald-Whig in Quincy, Ill. recently won the 2015 Steel City Corp. fourth Annual National Rack Card Contest with their entry “Clear Choice.”

Additionally, the Herald-Whig submission “Holiday Savings” finished in the Top 10.

The entries were created by Colleen Myers, Marketing Manager of the Herald-Whig.
