Chicago’s Big Newspapers Talk Deal

The Chicago Sun-Times and Chicago Tribune have a printing agreement that ends next year, but instead of breaking up, the big daily newspapers are mulling ways to stay together. created Wrapports to buy the Sun-Times chain, some of the backers assumed that the two papers eventually would combine, though none of them will comment publicly now on the company’s strategy.
