The Evansville (Ind.) Courier-Press and ImpreMedia’s La Opinion in Los Angeles have gone live with AdDesk TearSheets from CNI Corp., Milford, N.H.
Advertisers and agencies can view tearsheets in the same AdDesk Web site in which they submit ad files, order ad space, view proofs, and pick-up previously published ads. The electronic tearsheets make it easier to handle disputes and shorten the payment cycle.
Advertisers didn’t need to learn a new Web site address or new navigation, create another account or remember another password.
Technical aspects of the project were simplified for many of the same reasons. AdDesk was already integrated with the order entry systems, speeding the installation and shortening the testing phase.
For the IT departments, there are fewer systems to support and fewer points of failure.
